Philippine association names new Executive Director

Robert "Bobby" Simborio is the newly-appointed Executive Director of the Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA).

He succeeds Digna Santos, now Executive Director of the Ad Standards Council in the Philippines, who held the executive position for eleven years until January 2016.

Before joining PANA, Simborio was Media, PR and Relationship Marketing Manager at the Philippine restaurant chain Max's Restaurant for eight years, where he was the brand's representative in PANA.

Of his plans for PANA, Simborio said, "I hope that we can get a healthy and active participation from new members. We also hope to make our communications more relevant to members."
