The Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) has teamed up with mentorship platform Prosper Mentor to launch a joint mentorship and coaching programme for marketing professionals and university students across Kenya.

The new initiative provides MSK members with affordable and personalised online access to career mentorship from Prosper Mentor’s diverse network of more than 100 experienced local, regional and international professionals in marketing, finance, business development and other fields.

Commenting on the launch, MSK CEO Edward Oswe said: “Prosper Mentor’s innovative and scalable approach to mentorship provides MSK with a versatile and proven way to scale access to trustworthy and affordable mentorship for our members in pursuit of lasting positive professional growth.”

MSK and Prosper Mentor also launched a Student Mentorship Programme. Marketing students have free access to mentorship sessions and a content repository including videos and articles on various management, leadership and career topics to help with their personal growth and career development.

MSK hopes that the mentorship programme will help drive growth in the industry through continuous education, training and guidance for marketing professionals, students and entrepreneurs in Kenya.
