WFA welcomes four new team members
Elien Decommer, Sara Fornasiero, Justine David and Andrew Mowbray join WFA’s team to work in key policy areas, membership services, communications and finance.

Elien Decommer joins WFA as Content Manager, overseeing the planning, organisation, creation, and publishing of WFA content online to cater to the needs of WFA members. A Belgian national, Elien worked for several international and Belgian companies and non-profits and has a wide range of experience in marketing communications. She speaks Dutch, English, French, Spanish and Russian.
Sara Fornasiero will join WFA’s policy team as a Junior Digital Policy Manager starting November. An Italian national, Sara will be providing WFA members with policy support on EU digital policy files. Prior to joining WFA, Sara worked as a consultant in Brussels, focusing on tech, sustainability and consumer policy. She holds a Master’s degree in European Public Affairs from Maastricht University and speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French.
Justine David is WFA's new Junior Member Services Manager, a position which she started in September. Her responsibility is to engage and support WFA members by responding to membership-related inquiries and requests. A Belgian national, Justine worked at Capgemini and for a wildlife conservation project in Costa Rica. She holds a master’s degree in Events Management and speaks fluent French, English and Spanish.
Andrew Mowbray joined WFA earlier this year as a Finance Assistant, bringing first-hand experience in corporate accounting from the United States. Andrew is responsible for select financial operations within the WFA and holds a bachelor’s degree in financial economics. He speaks English and Italian.
