Focus: marketing procurement as drivers of sustainability.
Sustainability has evolved in recent years from being a ‘nice thing to do’ to a top priority for advertisers. Consequently, marketing organisations are becoming laser-focused on contributing to sustainability efforts and social responsibility commitments. Marketing procurement is no exception, with many driving sustainability initiatives within their organisations and ‘bringing the inside out’ by cascading commitments to agency partners and the wider supply-chain.
The Sourcing Forum brought together 30 WFA members to discuss their procurement role as drivers of sustainability, in a ‘warts-and-all’ format under Chatham House rule.
