The ISA (India), ISBA (UK), ANFO (Norway) and GAM (Morocco) have each appointed new leadership in recent months.

India: Atul Agrawal appointed CEO of ISA

The Indian Society of Advertisers has appointed Atul Agrawal as Chief Executive Officer, effective 2 January 2026. Agrawal brings nearly 40 years of experience in brand, media and corporate communications, including senior roles across Hindustan Lever and the Tata Group.​

United Kingdom: Simon Michaelides becomes ISBA Director General

Simon Michaelides has been appointed Director General of ISBA, succeeding Phil Smith. Michaelides previously served as ISBA non-executive director and council member (2020–2023). His appointment was announced June 2025, with Phil Smith transitioning to focus on chairing Origin, ISBA's cross-media measurement platform.

Norway: Aina Lemoen Lunde appointed CEO of ANFO

Norway's Annonsørforeningen (ANFO) has appointed Aina Lemoen Lunde as administrerende direktør (Chief Executive Officer), effective 1 November 2025. She succeeds Jan Morten Drange. The appointment was announced 18 September 2025.

Morocco: Mehdi Yaroub elected President of GAM

The Groupement des Annonceurs du Maroc (GAM) has elected Mehdi Yaroub, Marketing Director at Renault Maroc, as President on 6 October 2025. He succeeds Youssef Cheikhi. Yaroub leads an eight-member Executive Bureau with a mandate to drive innovation and strengthen industry standards across the African advertising ecosystem.
