On 3 February, WFA’s world-class, cross-function knowledge exchange is heading to India in association with the Indian Society of Advertisers (ISA), with a brief to bring new ideas and inspiration to marketers.
WFA Forum Connect Mumbai brings together leaders from the WFA’s global communities for CMOs, Media and Insights and seeks to help identify how these functions can best work together to address some of the biggest challenges facing brand owners.
The format has already been hugely successful in New York, Singapore and Amsterdam and on its first time in India will seek to guide marketers to better deliver Marketing Transformation for Growth.
“Marketing transformation is the biggest challenge facing WFA members. It requires marketing organisations to be more integrated and aligned than ever. Forum Connect is WFA’s unique peer-to-peer format that brings marketing leaders together to identify the insights and learnings they need in order to drive successful transformations. I’m excited to be taking part in Forum Connect Mumbai to see how India’s best marketers are sizing up to the biggest marketing challenges today,” said Stephan Loerke, WFA CEO.
Delegates will be given a brief by Dimi Albers, CEO at digital agency DEPT, who will share candid perspectives on how clients are performing in terms of effective marketing transformation before function-based breakouts where they will address their most pressing issues.
The solutions they develop will be presented as part of a discussion session compèred by Rupen Desai, CMO & Venture Partner at Una Terra, and WFA VP for APAC, which will explore the potential actions identified related to marketing integration.
Other speakers at the event, which is taking place at the iconic Taj Mahal Palace include:
