WFA’s Marketing Capability Forum gives peers the chance to come together to tackle common marketing challenges and identify potential solutions in a ‘warts and all’ format under the Chatham House Rule.
The focus of our discussions will be on digital capability building and demystifying the digital ecosystem for senior leaders:
- Yannis Dramis, AVP, Global Marketing & Sales Capabilities at Nestlé will be sharing about the set-up of Nestlé’s eBusiness Academy, a global capability building program for digital transformation, reaching 50,000 marketing and sales staff globally. He will also share on their senior management digital onboarding experience to demystify digital for senior leaders (executive board members)
- Round-table discussion on challenges and successes when it comes to team digital ‘enablement’ and fostering a culture of digital learning
