    Rebecka leads WFA’s policy work in the areas of marketing and consumer protection, public health and environmental sustainability. Her team leads voluntary initiatives with alcohol and food brands, as well as the Responsible Advertising and Children (RAC) programme.     Stéphane manages WFA’s database, critical for ensuring the delivery of quality services to members.     Jon Baldwin Quintanilla Jon Junior Policy & Communications Manager
    Before joining WFA, Jon worked in different roles in the field of Policy and Communications in Spain, Romania and Mozambique. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master's degree in Political Science from Leiden University.     Brenna is a New York City-based member of the Marketing Services team. Her role will be to support the team with initiatives intended to improve the global marketing industry for our clients and increase client-side marketing effectiveness. An Ithaca College alum, Brenna brings professional experience as a Marketing Specialist and Copywriter to her role here at the WFA.

    Fraser Bridges Fraser Policy Manager
    Fraser supports the team on the Responsible Advertising and Children (RAC) programme. Additionally, at EU-level, he has responsibility for WFA's policy work on environmental claims in advertising and files related to the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD). A Philosophy, Politics and Economics graduate of the University of Essex, he has previously worked at leading Brussels-based consultancies and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. Previously, Elien worked for several Belgian and international companies and non-profits. Holding a Master's degree in Translation and Journalism, she has a wide range of experience in marketing communication. She speaks Dutch, English, French, Spanish and Russian.     Bex Fisher Bex Marketing Knowledge Manager
    Bex supports the WFA as Marketing Knowledge Manager. In her role, she has ownership of WFA’s Knowledge Base (library of marketing and policy insights), ensuring that insights are represented in the best way and are suitably classified and discoverable. Prior to the WFA, Bex worked as a Consultant for The Observatory International and for the UK advertising trade association ISBA. Bex has a Masters in Global Citizenship, Identities and Human Rights from The University of Nottingham and a BA in Politics and International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London.

    Delaney is based in New York City and has joined the GARM team as an Initiative Manager. A graduate of The University of South Carolina, Arnold School of Public Health, Delaney previously worked as a non-profit consultant advising clients on market trends and best hiring practices. Prior to her consulting career, Delaney worked for a variety of non-profits focusing on membership, strategy, and communications.

    Prior to joining WFA, Giuditta worked in policy and communications in the private and public sectors in Belgium and the Netherlands. A Maastricht University graduate, she speaks English, Italian, and can read menus in many other languages.

    Camilla manages WFA’s HR services and is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that are aligned with WFA’s 5-year strategy and vision. She is an accredited HR professional from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, with a strong track record of providing HR leadership to the executive team. She has previously managed the full provision of HR services in the UK, Europe, APAC, and the Americas.

    Robert Rakowitz Robert Initiative Lead - Global Alliance for Responsible Media
    Rob is the cofounder and lead for the Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM) which brings together marketers, agencies, platforms, and industry groups to remove harmful content from ad-supported digital media. Rob is a career change agent, having led transformations as the head of global media at Mars Incorporated, and creating the communications planning discipline for Mindshare, Carat, and OMD. Rob is based in New York.

    Gabrielle works on key digital files such as the ePrivacy regulation and the upcoming Digital Services Act. Before WFA, she worked at the Motion Picture Association.
