    Rebecka Allén Rebecka Senior Policy Manager
    Rebecka works on food marketing to children and coordinates the Responsible Advertising and Children Programme, which addresses policy issues around marketing to children. She holds a Masters in Political Sciences from Sorbonne University and worked in two leading consultancies in Brussels.

    Catherine Armitage Catherine Director of Digital Policy
    Catherine leads the Digital Governance Exchange, WFA’s forum for senior legal and digital marketing governance specialists. A graduate from Oxford and Sciences Po Paris, she joined the WFA from FleishmanHillard, where she worked on data protection, e-commerce and digital policy.

    Stéphane manages WFA’s database, critical for ensuring the delivery of quality services to members. He holds a degree in Visual Communication and was previously with a company specialised in the development and production of indoor and outdoor branding solutions.

    Laura manages WFA’s social media presence and is the main point of contact for the WFA network of national advertiser associations. Combining Belgian and Philippine nationalities, she holds a Master’s Degree in New Media and speaks English, Filipino and Dutch.

    Camelia Cristache Camelia Senior Communications Manager
    Camelia works on WFA's internal and external communication, including initiatives such as the Global Marketer Week and Global Marketer of the Year. She has previously worked on the consultancy side in Bucharest and Brussels and as communications adviser in the European Parliament.
  • Ioana Danila
    Ioana Danila Ioana Marketing Insights Manager
    Ioana has 12 years of experience working with leading global research companies including Ipsos, GfK and TNS. She recently relocated to Europe after a number of years working with Ipsos in UAE and Vietnam. In her role at WFA, Ioana will be responsible for key global research projects as well as developing WFA’s database of insights. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Bucharest. Ioana is passionate about understanding human behaviours, with a particular focus on cultural diversity. She fuels her curiosity through travel and has the big ambition of visiting every country in the world.

    Ranji David Ranji Director, APAC – Marketing Services
    Based in Singapore, Ranji supports WFA corporate members in Asia by helping to build on the existing working groups and nurture fully-fledged regional CMO and CDO groups. A Singaporean national, Ranji previously worked in various digital marketing roles at Samsung.

    Robert oversees WFA’s marketing services and groups, working from both London and Brussels. His focus includes championing member priorities and keeping members updated on key trends. He was previously an Associate Director at MediaCom in London and Toronto.
  • Laura Forcetti
    Laura Forcetti Laura Marketing Sourcing Manager
    Laura leads the 800-strong Sourcing Forum for global marketing procurement specialists. A graduate from Southampton University and Montpellier Business School, she has built four years of strategic procurement experience managing ATL/BTL agencies and market research categories at a multi-country level working for Nestlé and Coca-Cola.

    Joel is WFA’s APAC events manager, a position created in response to WFA’s growing presence in Asia. A Singaporean national, he holds a degree in Business Management from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, as well as a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore.

    Will Gilroy Will Director of Policy and Communications
    Will oversees WFA’s public affairs and communications work, including Project Reconnect. A graduate of Modern Languages from Oxford University, he worked previously as a journalist in UK, France and Spain.
  • Matt Green

    Matt is responsible for the delivery services to the WFA Media Forum and CDO Forum and for setting the agenda, for discussion and approach, to core global media and digital issues. He is WFA’s subject matter expert on programmatic buying.

    Julia’s main role at WFA is to lead the IMC Forum and help manage the CMO Forum and Global Marketer Week. She previously worked as a digital communications consultant in Belgium, on the agency side for We Are Social in Germany and for the German Chamber of Commerce in Beijing.

    A Belgian national, Karine has been the first point of contact for WFA members for many years. She oversees the back office, the everyday running of the secretariat, personnel and finances and works on administrative issues.
  • Stephan Loerke
    Stephan Loerke Stephan Chief Executive Officer
    Stephan manages the WFA secretariat, oversees all work carried out on behalf of its members and is the WFA’s main spokesperson. He sits on all WFA public affairs and marketing committees, as well as on the WFA Executive Committee. Prior to joining WFA, Stephan worked at the United Nations in New York and later in both marketing and management roles at L'Oréal. Combining French and German nationalities, Stephan speaks French, German, English, Dutch and Spanish.

    Claire is focused on delivering greater added value to WFA member organisations. A British national, she has over a decade of membership services and industry body experience. Claire works from both London and Brussels.

    Julia works on alcohol marketing-related policy issues. A Brazilian national, she was previously with the International Chamber of Commerce Brazil's Intelligent Tech and Trade initiative and prior to that worked as an intern at the UN Secretariat in New York.

  • Monica Robles Quiñones
    Monica Robles Quiñones Monica Events & Administration Manager
    Monica assists the team with the logistics of WFA meetings and supports Karine in running the WFA office. Prior to WFA, Monica has worked as administration and project manager for C&A in Belgium and Engel & Voelkers in Barcelona. She holds a Master’s in Humanities and one in Cultural Studies.
  • Maximilian Schmidt
    Maximilian Schmidt Maximilian Knowledge Manager
    Max focuses on online advertising and digital policy, and supports the WFA Digital Governance Exchange. He previously worked in user experience research and US Digital Policy in San Francisco and in Washington DC, respectively. A German national, he holds an MA Degree in International Relations from Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (USA) and a BSc in Business Administration from the WHU – Vallendar (Germany).

    Hanne supports the marketing team in the organisation of WFA meetings. She previously worked for EURACTIV in Brussels and holds a degree in European Studies. A Dutch national, she speaks Dutch and English.
