Prior to her consulting career, Delaney worked for a variety of non-profits focusing on membership, strategy, and communications.

She is an accredited HR professional from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, with a strong track record of providing HR leadership to the executive team. She has previously managed the full provision of HR services in the UK, Europe, APAC, and the Americas.

    Rob is the cofounder and lead for the Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM) which brings together marketers, agencies, platforms, and industry groups to remove harmful content from ad-supported digital media. Rob is a career change agent, having led transformations as the head of global media at Mars Incorporated, and creating the communications planning discipline for Mindshare, Carat, and OMD. Rob is based in New York.
