In a ‘warts-and-all’ format under the Chatham House Rule, WFA’s Insight Forum provides peers the chance to come together to discuss and tackle common insights challenges and further our industry’s agenda.

In this session, WFA members will exchange knowledge about the power of social intelligence in their organisations.

Víctor Aguado Martín (Head of Brand Research and Positioning at Telefonica) will share some practical uses of social listening on how to get a better understanding of comms crisis trough social listening.

Daniel Gardner (Social Intelligence Lead at Haleon) will share how global healthcare leader Haleon (formerly GSK Consumer Healthcare) relies on authentic and reliable social intelligence to deepen its understanding of its core customer segments across brands.

 This will be followed by a round-table discussion.
