Job Title: Brand Manager Inline - Therapeutic Dermatology

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid

Job Description

oversees the end-to-end process of sourcing, production, and distribution of goods. They ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality control while coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers. Their role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Brand Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies to maximize product awareness and adoption.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align efforts and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to promote the brand and gather feedback.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.
  • Support global forecasting and mid-range planning, contributing with key assumptions: competitors' entry, market share, etc
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for marketing activities and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Determine the insights generation plan to track competitors KPIs, brand performance, awareness, and utilization

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in sales and marketing positions, at local, regional or global levels in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in dermatology
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, such as sales, medical, and regulatory departments.
  • Effective Communication: The ability to clearly convey ideas and strategies to various stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners.
  • Analytical Thinking: Using data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies
  • Customer Focus: Understanding and prioritizing the needs and preferences of customers to drive product success.
