About the job

You will manage the team of the Central Communication Officers respectively in charge of content management, the graphics and video productions, as well as managing country communication officers and coordinating specialists in charge of our platforms.

1.You will oversee the AXA Group Operations editorial strategy & planning

  • Defining the Group Operations editorial strategy in alignment with the Group Communication team – ie Group Communication network and Reputation teams
  • Defining of the editorial planning – ownership of the calendar
  • Defining and hosting of editorial bodies (editorial committee and ad-hoc committees).

2.You will oversee the Newsroom’s global production including the management of the internal studio

  • Ensure the production of high-quality formats and contents (newsletter, memos, articles, graphics, videos and broadcasts etc..) daily, based on clear briefing templates systematically formalized and validated with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage the Graphic designer’s production with clear objectives and planning
  • Manage the Video lead’s production with clear objectives and planning
  • Constantly improve ways of doing things by taking your cue from best practices at AXA Group, Group Operations and outside the Group

3.You will manage media platforms (Internal communication portal – LinkedIn)

  • Ensure optimization of internal & external platforms functionalities and buy in from Group Operations Employees
  • Develop ad-hoc projects to develop the usage of the internal portal and increase engagement on the platform
  • Ensure promotion of Group Operations news & topics on Group Communication channels internally and externally (e.g. axa.com – LinkedIn, etc.) as needed
  • Ensure reporting to the Head of Communication and the ExCom members for their respective divisions.


4.You will also be responsible for producing a global press and So/Me review to monitor our impacts and benchmark ourselves towards our market

  • Identify key newsroom levers leading to the increase of Group Operations’ Communication visibility
  • Contribute to the promotion of Communication initiatives supporting Group Operation’s Communication strategy and objectives
  • Ensure reporting to the Head of Communication and the ExCom members for their respective divisions


Your profileTechnical and professional skills:

  • Bilingual English and French
  • 15 years+ proven track record in communication in similar organization or in tech and data ecosystem
  • Proven background in digital communication (So/Me. web/web TV)
  • Degree from a Journalism School or political science
  • trong written communications skills. TV + Press experience a plus.
  • Capacity to work in transversal multicultural teams with other departments.
  • Experience of database management, data analysis, etc.
  • Experience /training in project management (planning, budgeting, Excel, WSS, etc.)
