ML publishes manual for client and media agency collaboration

The Association of Finnish Advertisers (ML) has published “From Media to Data”, a manual for client and media agency collaboration.
In recent years in Finland, the media agencies' focus has shifted from brand awareness to new services such as lead generation, in-house media management and digital infrastructure building. The common denominator for all these new media agency services is data.
ML mandated Ville Voipio, a Finnish digital and media expert, to put together a guide that focuses on media agency strategies and activities in 2017, specifically on how media agencies use data. The guide gives an overview of the state of Finnish media, the changes in media agencies brought about by the digital and data revolution, and the latest processes involved in client-agency relationships.
