French advertisers welcome new director general
Jean-Luc Chétrit is the new Director General of UDA France

Jean-Luc Chétrit joins the Association of French Advertisers (UDA) as Director General. He takes over from Pierre-Jean Bozo who held the post for four years.
An experienced marketer, Jean-Luc Chétrit held several leadership positions in Procter & Gamble and Nestlé, including the role of Marketing Director at P&G France. In 2012, he moved to the agency side and was appointed President of media agency Carat France. In 2013, Jean-Luc was named Vice-President, and in 2015 President, of French media industry association UDECAM. He has also been a member of UDA’s Executive Committee.
On his plans as Director General, Chétrit said: "Promoting the freedom to market responsibly, digital transformation and advertiser-agency relationships built on trust and transparency will be at the heart of UDA’s activities."
As part of UDA's transformation roadmap, the association also welcomed Meryem Amri, UDA's first Innovation Director. She was previously Head of Strategy and Innovation at GroupM.
