bvA recently unveiled a white paper on influencer marketing for marketers who are considering or have just started working with influencers, or marketers who want to assess whether their current working methods and processes are in line with best practices.
The white paper includes an introduction to influencers, basic concepts, latest developments and trends, as well as a checklist to help marketers in setting up, implementing and evaluating a marketing campaign in collaboration with influencers.
It is an output of the work being done by the bvA taskforce on influencer marketing. Launched in early 2019, the taskforce aims to contribute to improving influencer marketing practices in the Netherlands by identifying critical success factors in terms of effectiveness, transparency, measurement and relationships with influencers.
“Influencer marketing is a great way to reach specific, often younger target groups. Almost every advertiser is seeking the right way to apply this marketing tool more effectively. By bundling up the collective knowledge of the taskforce, we expect to be able to draft a best practices guide for bvA members soon and contribute to the professionalisation of this form of marketing”, said Heleen Crielaard, Head of Marketing at Rabobank and chair of the bvA taskforce on influencer marketing.
