The Brazilian Association of Advertisers (ABA) recently held their biennial elections for positions on ABA’s National Board, Superior Council, Rio de Janeiro Chapter and Committee Chairs for 2020-2022.

Nelcina Tropardi, Vice President Sustainability & Corporate Affairs at Heineken Brazil, was elected President of the National Board, while João Campos, President of PepsiCo Foods Brazil, was chosen to be President of the Superior Council with Sergio Pompillio, Vice President of Government Affairs & Policy LATAM at J&J, as Co-President. The boards reflect the range of ABA’s corporate membership, featuring representatives from Banco do Brasil, Coca-Cola, L’Oréal, Nestlé, Samsung, Mastercard, Unilever, Diageo, The Walt Disney Company and many more.

Sandra Martinelli, President of the ABA commented: “We will continue to provide relevant content, insights and services to our members and facilitate close collaboration between advertisers, agencies, media owners and other industry stakeholders to defend the interest of advertisers and strengthen our vision for more collaborative leadership”.
