New quality label aims to ensure greater transparency and security in digital advertising in Switzerland

The Association of Swiss Advertisers (ASA) together with IAB Switzerland and the association of Leading Swiss Agencies (LSA) recently unveiled Digital Ad Trust Switzerland, a quality label that will certify websites of Swiss publishers that commit to responsible advertising practices.
The initiative aims to increase the quality and standards of digital campaigns and ensure greater transparency and security in the online advertising landscape. It will provide certification, education and training in the areas of brand safety, viewability, ad fraud and user experience.
Swiss publishers that have so far confirmed their participation in the project include: Audienzz, Goldbach and Ringier Advertising.
The first Digital Ad Trust label was launched in France in 2017 by Union des marques and other industry stakeholders, and a second one in Belgium in 2019 by UBA Belgium and WE MEDIA (publishers association).
