Two WFA Members, Gerry D’Angelo (VP, Global Media at P&G) and Nendra van Wielink-Mohamed (Associate Director, Global Media at Kraft Heinz) individually provided stimulus for our workshops by sharing the steps they have taken towards an aligned approach to measuring and improving marketing effectiveness, in terms of model(s) and shared goals.
Collaborating on a culture of effectiveness
Ross Sergeant (Global Head of Media & Touchpoints at Asahi) and Mathias Chaillou (Chief Media Officer at L’Oréal)) each individually shared how their organisations structure their measurement efforts internally and collaborate across departments, divisions, zones, and countries.
