Benchmark: AI in the Insights practice

This WFA member benchmark explored the current practices around integrating AI in the insights practice.

A member of the WFA Insight Forum requested information from the WFA network on AI applicability in the Insights practice.

Members were asked:

1. Where are you today on your journey of adopting AI in the insights practice? And specifically, on specific areas… ?
2. If you’re using any external partners on AI, which situation applies best?
3. Do you have any partners you might recommend in the AI space (and why)?
4. Do you have other comments on the topic?

The questions were posed to a representative sample of WFA members with expertise in Insights, 22 of them contributed.
