In this report, members of WFA’s CMO Forum were asked to respond to specific questions around the size of their global marketing organisations (as well as specifically for media/digital).
Some of the areas explored in this benchmark include:
- Geographic focus of those organisations (centralised, de-centralised or hybrid)
- Where headcount sits between global-regional and local
- The scale of organisational change
- What changes have been happening and what’s expected
- What they have learned from their journeys
