Topic: Setting the stage for more effective client-agency relationships
This member-only meeting will explore how procurement’s approach to negotiation might shape outcomes and could set the tone for the entire relationship that carries on. It will give WFA peers the chance to come together to tackle common challenges & identify potential solutions in a ‘warts-and-all’ format under the Chatham House Rule, with a focus on the practical skills needed to cultivate stronger, more effective relationships – right from the pitch stage.
This is an invitation-only event with no agencies, consultants nor platforms, just global marketing sourcing leaders sharing with, and learning from, their peers.
