Drawing from WFA's 2021 global research, this report looks at:
- Consumer perceptions and expectations;
- Marketers' perceptions of consumer expectations;
- Marketers' perceptions of their own organisations;
- The gap between sustainability and marketing;
- How to close the gap.
It’s really helpful for us to know what kind of people are interested in WFA’s work. This helps us develop more useful content in the future.
