In a ‘warts-and-all’ format under the Chatham House Rule, WFA’s Media Forum provides peers the chance to come together to discuss and tackle common media challenges and further our industry’s agenda.
Topic: Designing the ideal media organisation
During this meeting WFA and Ebiquity will share the results from a new report looking at how the media function is staffed and managed globally.
This will be followed by Mars presenting on their global media org structure, with a focus on how the organisation is seeking to address gaps in global media capability.
We will then break up into 3 groups to discuss one of the three different discussion themes relevant to common structural issues faced by the global client-side media department:
- Media vs Creative
- Brand vs eCommerce
- Insource vs Outsource
