Agency Management Forum - About

Meeting for global/regional agency management leaders and specialists

WFA’s Agency Management Forum gives peers the chance to come together to tackle common agency management challenges and identify potential solutions in a ‘warts and all’ format under the Chatham House Rule.

Wednesday, 10 March 2021 from 15:30 to 17:00 (London)

This meeting will focus on Agency Roster Model Transformation.

In 2021, marketers are faced with enormous challenges. As well as the usual pillars of effectiveness, consistency and efficiency, Marketing is embracing its role in driving diversity, inclusion and sustainability. The question of how to do this with partners that have faced years of margin decline (even pre-pandemic) can be overwhelming.

Tammy Hourigan (Global Agency Relations Director, Unilever) and Rob Connolly (Founder, The Business Model Company) will kick-start the discussion by sharing:

  • The win:win model for Unilever’s brands and their creative partners;
  • How the model has consolidated partnerships, promoted efficiencies, and created the optimum conditions for creativity;
  • How the model not only fosters creativity and consistency, but has also created the foundations for accelerating other programmes such as their commitments to diversity & inclusion and sustainability.

This is followed by a workshop where all participants will share on their own agency roster model journey and the challenges they have faced and solutions applied.

The full agenda can be downloaded here.

This Chatham House session will not be recorded but will work within the framework of our competition law compliance policy.
