Amanda Woo, Chief Executive Officer, AirAsia SuperApp, will talk about the evolution of the Air Asia SuperApp, why this is the lynchpin in the organization’s ambitions of increased customer centricity and how this fits into the overarching CRM and Loyalty program to deliver greater customer engagement.
