In a ‘warts-and-all’ format under the Chatham House Rule, WFA’s Media Forum provides peers the chance to come together to discuss and tackle common media challenges and further our industry’s agenda.
The programmatic supply chain: Rebuilding your global programmatic supply-chain in 2022
Ander Lopez Ochoa (EMEA Head of Digital, Media & eCommerce Marketing, J&J) and guest speaker Tom Triscari (Programmatic Economist, Lemonade Projects) will share details behind an exercise J&J has been through to develop a detailed global programmatic cost waterfall. This waterfall audit has been critical for J&J in the identification of (a) ad tech supply-chain inefficiencies and alternatives; and (b) a suite of programmatic competencies which need to be built among both client and partners. This session will concentrate on the solution ‘themes’ which are now being tested and implemented in a selection of J&J’s key markets.
This will be followed by a Q&A session before members participate in round-table discussions designed to identify common challenges and solutions that arise within their programmatic supply chain.
