WFA’s Marketing Capability Forum gives peers the chance to come together to tackle common marketing challenges and identify potential solutions in a ‘warts and all’ format under the Chatham House Rule.
Topic: The foundations of capability building
During this meeting WFA and OxfordSM will present highlights from our new playbook, based on interviews from 20 marketing capability leaders, which outlines the activities to prioritise when starting out the role, along with a few watchouts and words of advice.
This is followed by Becky Verano (Global VP Marketing Operations and Capabilities, Reckitt), who kick-starts the discussion by sharing her journey setting up Reckitt’s Marketing Academy for the companies 2000 marketers.
We will then enter into a rountable where members will have the chance to ask questions to experienced marketing capability leaders about their first few months in the role.
