WFA’s Marketing Capability Forum gives peers the chance to come together to tackle common marketing challenges and identify potential solutions in a ‘warts and all’ format under the Chatham House Rule.
Topic: Digital upskilling
During this meeting Jane Bamber (Consumer Planning and Brand Development Director at Diageo) will share how Diageo reimagined its brand building capability programme.
This is followed by Veronika Kryuchkova (Head of Learning, Marketing Academy at Reckitt) and Russell Ball (Global Programme Director at Reckitt) who will demonstrate how the Reckitt Marketing Academy incited a learning culture reset through the launch of a leading edge upskilling programme.
We will then enter into a roundtable where members will have the chance to share about their own journeys and discuss solutions to common problems.
