    The leadership round table discussions will delve into the most effective ways to promote the adoption of a harmonized approach to effectiveness models and metrics

    provide stimulus for our workshops by sharing the steps they have taken towards an aligned approach to measuring and improving marketing effectiveness, in terms of model(s) and shared goals

    Silas Lewis Meilus (Global Head of Media, Haleon and Asha Sekhar (Senior Director, Global Media at Coca Cola) will individually share how their organisation structures their measurement efforts internally and collaborates across departments, divisions, zones, and countries in order to achieve overall marketing effectiveness
    All Media Forum members will then participate in a working session intended to
    consider how they can ensure they work collaboratively with other functions across their organisation to imbed a culture of marketing effectiveness
