In a ‘warts-and-all’ format under the Chatham House Rule, WFA’s Insight Forum members are coming together in an intimate peer-to-peer set-up to get inspired, exchange knowledge, and network.
During this session, Cecile Barajas, Head of Global Consumer and Market Insights, Nespresso will explain how Nespresso's insights team enhanced agility by using real-time insights for consumer centricity and developing agility skills.
We will also hear from Colleen Funkey, Vice President Consumer Insights at Estée Lauder, how Estée Lauder redefined success by evolving the role of insights. Colleen will share how CMI is prioritizing high-impact work and building an agile system to support this new focus of the function.
