Focus of this session: In-housing
Most brands follow a journey to in-housing, from dependency to self-sufficiency, to full competence. This session will cover the process for brands to build the necessary in-house expertise, alignment and confidence to eventually move to a ‘hands-on keyboard’ model, while also highlighting the dependencies along the way. Where in-housing isn’t the answer, we will demonstrate the ways to build internal capability while maintaining effective agency relationships.
This module will provide:
- An overview of the framework for assessing in-housing
- Feasibility – building the business case
- Design – what to in-house and how
- Transition – how to deliver the in-house model
- Optimization – how to evolve the in-house team
Who this module is aimed at: Marketing and procurement professionals, mid-level managers and junior marketing roles.
