WFA’s Marketing Capability Forum gives peers the chance to come together to tackle common marketing challenges and identify potential solutions in a ‘warts and all’ format under the Chatham House Rule.

Topic: Resilient leadership for an evolving workplace.

  • Thriving Through Change: Leading with Ways of BeingMack Fogelson, Org Designer and Founder of Genuinely, will explore how leaders can foster environments where teams can thrive through integrating Ways of Being with Ways of Doing. Join Mack to learn how to lead effectively, create success, and develop the skills needed for today’s evolving workplace.
  • Shaping 2025 Marketing Capability Success: The Interplay of Resilience, Kindness, and BurnoutJustina Gilbert, Global Learning and Development Leader at IBM, will share about IBM’s marketing capability journey thus far, including their main priorities for 2025. She will then explore the connection between workplace resilience and kindness, drawing on valuable lessons from her personal experience with burnout.
  • Roundtable: We will have an opportunity for all participants to share on their own approaches and experiences with marketing capability efforts in an evolving workplace, as well as challenges faced and possible solutions in the area.
