Providing tools for employees’ mental health
EY’s “Better You” program in the US is designed to support the physical, financial, social, and emotional needs of its employees by offering them free resources to help them “find balance so that they can fully engage at the office and in life.”

The program offers up to 25 counselling sessions for employees and their family members, mindfulness training, and mediation sessions. In addition, EY also covers the cost of online support tools to help employees better manage stress, and training for employees to recognize if someone in their network is struggling.
