Supporting back-to-work ‘returners’
The Diageo-supported #CreativeComeback programme sets the standard for global talent regeneration.

Since 2019, Diageo has been sponsoring #CreativeComeback, a global creative ‘returners’ scheme developed by global DEI consultancy, Creative Equals, to support women as they return to work after a career break of at least 12 months (eg. parenthood, illness, caring break, travelling etc).
The programme provides sessions with creative mentors from Design and Art Direction and a portfolio criteria, as well as envisaging work on a creative brief set by Diageo with the help of the creative mentors.
Originally launched in London, #CreativeComeback now also runs in New York and Mumbai.
