Finnish association appoints new board

In April, the Association of Finish Advertisers (ML) welcomed a new board, with Tommi Rytkönen, President and CEO of Nooa Savings Bank, re-elected as Chairman.



He is joined by Esa Rautalinko, Member of the Board at Kekkilä Group and Ulla Savén, Managing Director at Orkla Care, who were also re-elected as ML’s vice-presidents.

According to Rytkönen, two major objectives of the new board are to organise a key project to better meet the needs of members and to establish ML as an association of growth-oriented members.

Ritva Hanski-Pitkäkoski, ML’s CEO, added that the association is planning to strengthen its engagement with policy makers, citing the association’s involvement in the Coalition for Better Ads, which aims to improve consumers’ online ad experience.
