The Italian Advertisers Association (UPA), along with seven other industry-led associations in Italy, recently published the “White Paper on Digital Communication”, a guide for brands and other stakeholders to ensure transparency in their digital advertising and investments and address complex issues surrounding digital.
Eight associations representing brand owners, creative and media agencies, sales houses, publishers, ad tech companies and merchants - Assocom, FCP, Fedoweb, Fieg, IAB, Netcomm, Unicom and UPA - worked together on the White Paper in an effort to address the increasing demand for clarity, certainty and trust in online advertising.
The White Paper provides guidelines when dealing with measurement, viewability, ad fraud, brand safety, user experience, and most importantly transparency in the supply chain and advertising investments.
The white paper is available in English and Italian here.
