Slovenia wants creatives to leave their mark
SOZ Slovenia holds 24th Golden Drum

The Slovenian Advertisers’ Association (SOZ) organised the 24th instalment of their flagship event Golden Drum, an annual international festival of creativity in the heart of Slovenia that aims to inspire both established and young European creatives.
The three-day festival welcomed over 30 international speakers, including top marketers and creatives from Google, Vice, Spotify, DDB, Grey, Havas and TBWA. Ioana Filip, Executive Creative Director at MRM//McCann Romania, kicked off the festival with her opening speech “How to win awards by not doing advertising”.
The highlight of the festival was the Golden Drum award ceremony. More than a thousand creative works from 27 countries and 26 agency networks competed. A total of 14 Grand Prix, 17 Golden Drums and 45 Silver Drums were given out. Vodafone bagged the Brand Grand Prix Award while agency Grey Poland won the Good Cause Grand Prix Award for their campaign “The Biggest Christmas Choir”. All winners can be found here.
