Torben Rønler joins the Danish Advertisers Association (DAF) as CEO. He takes over from Otto B. Christiansen, who held the post for 13 years.

Torben has a longstanding career in marketing and advertising. Prior to joining DA, he was Commercial Director of local agency MediaPrint. He also held various leadership roles in Peugeot Denmark including CMO and Head of Marketing, and was Managing Director of local agency Nørgård Mikkelsen.

DAF's new CEO identified digital transformation and media transparency as some of the key issues the association will be focusing on. On his vision for DAF, Torben said: “My vision is to position the Danish Advertisers Association as a must-have membership for advertisers by dedicatedly representing their interests and offering relevant services, seminars, etc.”

DAF also appointed Mia Skjoldstrand as Marketing and Event Manager. She was the Interim CEO before Torben's appointment in December.
