The Estonian Marketing Association (Turundajate Liit - TULI) has joined WFA's global network of national industry associations, bringing the total number to 55 organisations across 60 countries.
The presence of national industry associations such as TULI in the WFA membership ensures that the organisation is firmly plugged into local advertiser concerns as well as those challenges facing brands that operate around the globe.
Commenting on joining WFA, Maarit Mäeveer, CEO of the Estonian Marketing Association, said: “We are happy and excited to be part of such a global organisation. This provides an ideal opportunity to learn from one another and exchange ideas and experiences. One of TULI’s objectives is to collaborate with industry associations in other countries. We hope to contribute to discussions and activities that matter most to marketers and look forward to connecting with WFA’s network of peers and partners”.
Stephan Loerke, WFA CEO, said: “We are delighted to welcome the Estonian Marketing Association to the WFA family. What makes us truly global is the national associations in our network who are championing marketers’ interests locally. We look forward to working closely with Maarit and her members in promoting more effective and sustainable marketing in Estonia and beyond”.
The Estonian Marketing Association was formed in 1998 and brings together brands and agencies in Estonia under one roof with the common agenda of advancing the marketing profession in the country. TULI has one of the largest marketing news portals in Estonia, which provides the latest information and insights in the field.
The Estonian Marketing Association currently has 73 members. TULI membership includes a variety of brands, but also media, production, advertising, PR, event marketing, graphic design and alternative media agencies. TULI’s corporate members include Balbiino, Baltika Group, Coca-Cola, Coop Pank, Leibur, Orkla, Peugeot, Saku Brewery and SEB Group.
