Julia Goldin joined the LEGO Group in 2014 and today leads a 1,800 strong team as Chief Product and Marketing Officer. Her team covers Product Development, Marketing, Research & Insights, Licensing & Partnerships and the LEGO in-house creative agency.

Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Julia was Global Chief Marketing Officer at Revlon and before that spent 13 years with the Coca-Cola Company, where she held several senior global and regional marketing roles. Julia holds an MBA in International Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. 

Julia is a member of the Board of Directors for the Museum of United Nations – UN Live, a new and visionary global museum. She also sits on the Supervisory Board of CECONOMY AG and the Board of Directors of the Association of National Advertisers.

Julia was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and currently resides in London with her two sons.

What are the things she's most proud of?

Since taking the helm in 2014, Julia has transformed her organisation and helped turn the LEGO Group into a culturally-relevant, purpose-driven brand.

In 2019, she launched the company’s first global brand campaign, ‘Rebuild the World’, which celebrates the power of creativity and play. Through award-winning content and strategic partnerships, she has helped spark a love of creativity around the world.

She has expanded the portfolio to include products that blend digital and physical play, celebrate diversity, embrace adults and highlight sustainability, which has engaged many more children, families and builders of all ages.

She believes everyone has a superpower and motivates extraordinary performance through a ‘one team’ philosophy which rallies a global 1,800-strong team behind the company’s mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.
