The Estonian Marketing Association (TULI) recently organised the 24th Golden Egg, the biggest annual creative competition in Estonia that celebrates the best marketing campaigns in the country. The awards ceremony was held in May at an old rubber factory in Tallinn.
With the theme “Loov (Creative in Estonian) is in the air”, this year’s competition was open to agencies, freelancers and in-house teams from both the public and private sector. It composed of 14 categories around advertising, design, digital, PR and event marketing.
The Golden Egg also featured a special competition where they asked young people to develop creative work around the challenge: “How to encourage companies, politicians and decision-makers to offer equal working conditions and opportunities to war refugees?”, in response to the Russia-Ukraine war and the plight of Ukrainian refugees.
TULI received a total of 822 submissions this year and handed out 47 Golden Eggs, 57 Silver Eggs, 60 Bronze Eggs and 7 Special Eggs. Telecommunications company Telia was named Advertiser of the Year, while local agency Tabasco was proclaimed Advertising Agency of the Year. The full list of winners can be found here.
