The roots of this movement lie in the WFA’s sourcing forum, which brings together more than 1300 global and regional marketing procurement experts each year.
The leadership comes from the WFA’s Global Sourcing Board, a group of highly experienced and forward-thinking executives that have been working on different hot marketing procurement topics over the past two years.
In this 60-minute spotlight we bring together, 5 members of the sourcing board across 4 different industries to share their personal experience & learnings on how they applied the ‘what’ from the Project Spring report across the 4P pillars i.e., People. Process, Performance & Partners.
