All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

GLOBAL CULTURE MARKETING STRATEGY

You'll play a key role in evaluating and guiding culture plans across 60+ markets, offering strategic feedback and supporting changes throughout the year. As a thought leader, you’ll design and implement training programs that facilitate knowledge transfer between Culture Managers, ensuring our team stays on the cutting edge of marketing innovation.

NEW TRENDS

You'll identify untapped opportunities in new areas like Stand-Up comedy, Street Art, and Fashion. You'll collaborate with the global culture team to explore innovative solutions and continue pushing the boundaries of culture marketing. Finally, you’ll scout emerging talent and help foster an environment where the best people thrive, keeping Red Bull ahead in the world of culture marketing.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • University degree in business/marketing or relevant working experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are beneficial
  • Minimum of 5 years of international experience within the culture industry.
  • Experience working in a Cultural environment and understand how to work with artists, and cultural communities/scenes.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns in a culture media environment.
  • Strong project leader and used in result-orientated decision making, independent success delivery
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Team player, creative, excellent communicator, open-minded, ingenious, innovative and self-motivated with a can-do attitude and focused on delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of MS office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 3.038,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
