About The Job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Procurement leadership team (Head of Global Procurement, Head of Indirect Procurement, Head of Direct Procurement) in defining the strategy and vision of Procurement
  • Supporting and guiding categories on strategy definition within category management, monitoring category strategy execution, managing tools for category strategy, supporting for stakeholder management
  • Facilitating strategic procurement activities by translating functional needs into actionable initiatives with relevant stakeholders
  • Managing functional KPIs – proposing, benchmarking, communicating, implementing in alignment with functional Heads
  • Advocating for strategic procurement needs in the development of tools and processes
  • Monitoring market procurement trends and best practice solutions available to optimize the ways of working and procurement strategy, acting as a procurement best practices knowledge center
  • Developing proposals for budget improvements and DOI process within the procurement organization
  • Leading Procurement communication strategy within Procurement and supporting category leads in communication towards their stakeholders
  • Defining and managing procurement staff development and upskilling initiatives

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Demonstrated experience of 7+ years in a similar role within an international setting
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Proven track of successful change management & stakeholder management in the procurement area and the ability to define the strategy
  • Extensive knowledge of procurement processes, organizational strategies and tools supporting procurement activities
  • Expertise in translating strategy to action and defining ways of working
  • Knowledge of process excellence methodologies to support Procurement in continuous improvement
