The National Association of Chilean Advertisers (ANDA Chile) awarded top honours to those companies that stood out through their corporate commitment to sustainability during the ANDA Sustainable Marketing Award 2015. In its fifth consecutive year, natural gas supplier Metrogas won the grand prix for its "Metro-environmentalist" campaign.

The initiative will include "an environmental fair" involving various activities, such as workshops and lectures to schools in the metropolitan region, in Rancagua and MachalĂ. Targeting primary and secondary school students, the fair seeks to promote the importance of protecting the environment and encouraging lifestyle changes to improve the quality of life for future generations.

ANDA Sustainable Marketing Award looks to recognise the enterprises' commitment to the environment by reducing negative externalities and promoting sustainable development through product innovation, advertising campaigns and sustainable actions.

Other awards were given in the following categories:
  • Sustainable Development: Tresmontes Lucchetti for "Zuko Carbono Neutral";
  • Awareness Raising: Paris for "Paris Conciencia Celeste"
  • Product Innovation and Sustainable Packaging: Groenlandia for "Algramo"
  • SMEs: Sustainable Entrepreneurship: Green is Better Equitable for "Green is Better"

  • The award ceremony took place during ANDA's workshop on Sustainable Marketing.
