The WFA has been named a global industry partner of Effectiveness Week or "Eff Week", an industry-wide marketing effectiveness initiative established by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) and championed by a number of advertisers, agencies and industry associations in the UK and beyond.
With the mission to "educate, inspire and galvanise change", the event will run from 31st October to 4th November in London and bring together key stakeholders from all facets of the industry to celebrate effectiveness in marketing and its potential to drive growth. The week will include a two-day conference that will address the key challenges faced by marketers on effectiveness and capability, such as accountability, customer experience, data regulation, levels of investment, etc.
The week will also feature satellite events that will be organised by EffWeek's industry and sponsor partners, as well as the IPA's long-running Effectiveness Awards. Attendees will have access to thought leadership and best practice case studies and have the opportunity to debate and learn about various tools and techniques to boost marketing performance.
"This is a culture change programme, to improve the quality of marketing decision making and reporting across the board", says Janet Hull OBE, IPA Director of Marketing Strategy.
Delegate passes can be purchased here. For more information on the upcoming #EffWeek, visit the event website.
