The opportunities offered by a new social and digital landscape have led to a content revolution, and the rules of the game have fundamentally changed. This presents significant challenges for global marketers and we wanted to explore how they are responding. The aims of this report are to deliver 3 things: 1. Identify the key challenges in the content landscape faced by global brands, and demonstrate how companies can address them structurally 2. Introduce a holistic model to assess a company’s content operations and content ‘fitness’ 3. Share best practices distilled from more than 30 of the biggest brands in the world, used to deliver content excellence.
