The paid leave entitlements include Gender Affirmation Leave, Domestic and Family Violence Leave, Fertility Treatment Leave, Miscarriage Leave and Compassionate Leave. The company also recently announced the change from Personal Leave to Wellbeing Leave, in recognition that when people get sick, it can be for physical or mental health reasons.
