The focus of the day was on the three pillars to responsible AI governance:
- Goals: Teva Pharmaceuticals and L’Oreal shared how they are identifying gen AI business objectives and measuring for success.
- Guardrails: Barilla Group and AXA outlined their approach to mitigating risks and how they are governing gen AI adoption internally.
- Guidance: Diageo and Unilever provided insights into how they are upskilling marketing teams and encouraging responsible innovation.
