This survey provides perspectives on the current state of marketing procurement, identifies trends in team structures and ways of working, and offers some food for thought on how the discipline could evolve in 2025 and beyond.
Data comes from a voluntary online survey conducted in Nov-Dec 2024, with 45 multinational companies participating. Respondents were all in marketing procurement leadership roles, primarily from marketing procurement functions that have been operating for 5 years or more.
