Dr. Marcus Collins began his session by zooming out and defining what culture is. From there, he introduced ‘organisational culture’ and the workplace as a social operating system and thus, one that Marketing Capability leaders can tap into to inspire and influence their marketing audience when it comes to upskilling.
We had a roundtable discussion with the members of the forum as we explored other elements of building a learning culture within an organisation. Key considerations included leadership buy-in, cross-function collaboration, and other challenges faced in this space.
